If you wish to extend your existing Myanmar Passport which its validity is about to expire, you can extend it at our Embassy.
You have to submit the following to do so:-
(1) Your requested application Form as shown below is to be filled up.
(2) Your duly filled Personal Information Form attching your photo.

(3) Your Icome-tax Paid certified Vouncher or Letter or your which would cover your Passport-Extension applied date.
Myanmar Passport Extension Fee is
7333 Rupees{ Extension : 7000 Rupees + Form : 333 Rupees }
